Q) Describe this fitness brand.
A) First of all, my definition of fitness means bringing to bear all available resources to paralell maximum quality and individual purpose. To that end, EGB BloodType-Based Fitness is the vehicle by which I teach others how to analyze and embrace their entire being to become better guardians of self. My hope is that, through this process, my clients will realize their quality of life depends on how well they attend to the mental, emotional, and physical needs of which they've consciously become aware.
Q) And what of the man behind it?
A) I am a reflection of this brand's truth. Nothing is more invigorating than the arrival to self-definition. We are not ordinary. Nothing about us is. We may share common surface goals, even beliefs, but individually we are not the same. Also, nothing is more beautiful than the reflection of one's true self. Facing my truth, though ever-evolving, has afforded me true peace of mind coupled with an express obligation to share this process. You see, an intelligent lifestyle is not classist, sexist, or racist; it's just a beautiful human experience.
Q) Gauge for us the effectiveness of EGB BloodType-Based Fitness in relation to other fitness models.
A) I began training according to textbook standards and techniques, so the physical part of my program maintains those fundamental principles. My brand does not compare to other models because it is customized to fit the individual client's needs.
For me, effectiveness is the measure of two individuals (trainer and client) sharing like-minded goals, capable of forging a clear path, and willing to hold each other accountable to a standard of excellence. Each client is different. For instance, I've had clients lose 7 lbs in their first 7 days, while others have taken several weeks to see results. So, at the end of the day, my clients' results are based on two things: (1) my plan - the EGB Experience and (2) their will - how hard they are willing to work for what they believe they deserve.
